How to find us

From the North

1. Go through Bakewell on A6
2. Turn right onto B5056 towards Youlgreave
3. Take left turn over bridge (still on B5056) and continue until left turn to Birchover

Lion Cottage is on Main Street, a little way along on the left (before the Red Lion pub).

From the South

1. Approach Darley Dale on A6
2. Turn left onto B5057 to Winster
3. Go through Winster, then turn right at T-junction onto B5056
4. Continue until right turn to Birchover

1. Arrive at Matlock Station by rail
2. Take the 172 bus from Matlock Station to Birchover (bus runs Monday-Saturday - see bus timetable)
